'Nice house with all the stuff you need for a vacation like info about the activities, beach towels/umbrella's/chairs, bodyboards etc. Kitchen well equipped. Altough lido beach was suffering from dead fish due to red tide we found some other beaches further away that were ok. tip for other visitors of west coast florida: visitbeaches dot org Also did a kayak tour and went to the farmers market downtown. Would recommend it to all visiting Sarasota'

'Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away.'

'We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front...

"We verbleven hier 1 nacht met 5 personen. De kamer is eigenlijk te klein voor 5 personen. De badkamer rook erg merkwaardig, niet prettig. De parkeergarage is erg krap als je met een grotere auto komt. De ligging is prima, dicht bij eetgelegenheden. En het ontbijt is ook erg goed verzorgd."
