'Nice hotel, with great rooms. Clean and tidy. Good price and this includes breakfast. Near some good restaurants where you can walk. Biggest negative is the staff which wasn't helpfull, didn't know anything about long distance call prices of what to do with a hurricane/tornado and the location of our room next to the exit of the cleaning. This went on all day. Furthermore for an hotel that's 2-3 years old, horrible showerheads. '

'Nice room with comfortable beds and a decent shower. Also nice and quit. Breakfast is fine with scrambled eggs and bacon. Also plenty to drink. However the hotel is not environment friendly. They use plastic knives, forks and spoons. Cardboard plates and cups. Joghurt in plastic cups, Cupcakes wrapped in plastic. So a lot of waste!!'

'Fine hotel, 2 minutes walk to Metrorail, that brings you to MIA airport, Miami downtown, Brickel. Also a 5 minute walk to Dadeland Mall.'

'This is my second time staying at this hotel and the service received has always been top notch! Rooms were comfortable, I did have a small AC issue in my room during my last stay but it did not make me uncomfortable. Proximity to the mall is a huge advantage. Whilst all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, I must mention Ian on front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my request to extend my stay and the female bartender (did not get her name) who made the most delicious...

'The room on the 3rd floor was very dirty, and they asked €250 for the room. They have to shut down this hotel. our feet even turned so black that we walked around the room with shoes. photo on site is fake, doesn't look like that at all.'
