'I will start off with the positive: the room and the beds were clean. The room didn't smell. I was comfortable in the room, itself, though it did have an issue: the TV didn't work; it said "No signal." The remote was full of greasy finger prints and chunks of food were stuck to it. When we first checked in, we had to wait because there was a group of carnival employees who were supposed to have 14 rooms and their reservation couldn't be found. 'This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.'

'The hotel was great. Comfortable, spacious rooms. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of to go options. The staff also prepared breakfast on the go bags that were available. There was a lot of seating available in the common area. The staff was quick to respond to any requests and tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The area was a nice quiet neighbourhood. Not much in walking distance just a gas station, however the gas station had a large selection of food, snacks and...

'Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Bananas are seemingly popular for some reason. Anyway, shower curtains can use some replacing. Great black out curtains, good climate control, ok tv channel selection but remote was hard to work with. Bedding not bad, didn't wake up in pain. Dishes stocked in kitchen was useful. Sofabeds were the typical sofabeds, as expected. No indications or signs of bed bugs in neither form of bedding.'

'It was quick and conviennent for me, just for one night, overall good place to stay, nice big bathroom, pretty clean, easy check in and out. Only complaint bathroom fan was to noisy and worked all the time'

'We chose the large 3 bed room and it was great. Lots of space for the little ones to use in the room. I also liked that there was meat at every breakfast. They also had Dairy free milks available! It would be nice if the breakfast area was a little better. One small table for 4 people is a bit small. The pool was mostly clean, it felt like it is often forgotten by the staff. Hotel was in a good location and was quiet.'
