'When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.'

'We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.'

'BED BUGS ROOM 603. If I could give zero stars I would! I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football camp on Saturday April 18th. The hotel was nice until I woke up to something biting my arm. We had to move rooms at around 1 am when my son should have been getting some restful sleep. This was very inconvenient and I felt like my skin was crawling the rest of the night. While being moved to another room I was told they were unable to give a refund or discount to me because I booked through...

'The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-('
