Lodges in Pilanesberg National Park

'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, echter een paar kleine puntjes van aandacht. De familiekamer is eigenlijk van alle gemakken voorzien, de airco werkt goed, een nette badkamer, een hoog plafond wat de kamer erg ruim doet lijken etc. Wat ons ietwat tegenviel was de grootte van de bedden. Ca. 1,40mtr bij 1,90mtr is tegenwoordig echt te klein voor volwassenen om als tweepersoons bed te kunnen fungeren. De kwaliteit van de bedden, was, hoewel erg belangrijk, eigenlijk het enige wat tegenviel...

'Overall nice lodge, well situated in Pilanesberg park. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Although Expedia mentions a full-board dining regime it is best to ask before your trip when they expect you to come in for which meal. We arrived around 7pm after a game drive and were told by the receptionist we could have lunch the next day and went straight on to dinner that night. The next day we were told 1 hour before lunch by another receptionist that we had forfeited it and were expected to...

'Een prachtige plek om te zijn. Respect voor de natuur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De huisjes/kamers zijn heel netjes met een prachtig uitzicht! Wij hebben veel verschillende dieren gezien waarvan 4 van the big five (inclusief luipaard). Cole was onze ranger en hij was super! Heeft ons veel laten zien en heel veel verteld. Prachtige zonsondergang gezien boven op een berg waar hij ons naartoe bracht. Tshukudu Bush Lodge is geweldig! Echt een aanrader.'

'This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. '

'This is a Fantastic place. We felt pampered and spokiled since the first moment we arrived. The People, The Place - The Vibe! Even if it was advertise and we paid for Full Board - it was in fact an Ultra All Inclusive with all the fine drinks and sweets and treats all around the day plus 2 amazing Game Drives included in the proce each day. 'The only good thing about this hotel was that it is in a very beautiful location. It's on a hill, overlooking some amazing countryside. Unfortunately, it is terribly run. We didn't have hot water in our room for the duration of the stay - despite their best efforts. The kitchen was an utter shambles - it took them close to 3 hours to serve our lunch order, and more than two hours to get us our dinner order. There were serious maintenance issues in the room - the balcony door didn't work, many...

'Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible.'
