'This stay is better than getting a hotel room. Only problem i had was, not having someone in person to help me with the process of achieving the keys. If not for the kindness of the security guard, I would have been really frustrated. It isn't the job of the security guard to be manager. They should be compensated.'

'This host did not communicate anything!! There was no message at any time after reserving this rental to touch bases. No information about where the property is or how to access the property. They also did not respond to VRBO representatives. My family and I were left trying to find a suitable place to stay at the absolute last minute (after check in time) and it was during the holiday season so EVERYTHING was booked. We ended up staying in an undesirable tiny room. '

'William is great host! Had a kitchen, washer and dryer. They gave us good recommendations and we were close to all of our excursions. Safe area!My husband and I loved it and would come back.'

'The owner / property manager never took the initiative to reply back to my check in message which resulted in me being stranded after 22 hour flight. I book afcomodation on regular basis, but this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. AVOID '

'The road was a little challenging but once we drove it once and got to the property it was all worth it. The host Jorge was awesome. He went out of his was to make our stay wonderful and gave is some great recommendations. We enjoy our hike, pool with a slide and hot tub on the property. And they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. What a treat after a long day of travel and exploring CR. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Perfect little apartment for a quick stay in Liberia. Well represented in the listing. Nothing fancy but very functional. There is a restaurant right across the street, a market 2 blocks away.'

'Only getting one star because I can’t rate a ZERO. We sent a message letting them know we had just landed (first time Costa Rica visitors) and instantly got back a message saying our booking was cancelled and refunded. So 7:30pm, in a new country, finding last minute accommodations for 3 was an adventure. '

'The house was conscientious, considerateand everything was as described. There were extra blankets, soaps, and a quiet, clean and cozy atmosphere. The location is central to everything and the property is safe and welcoming. The school across the street and the church around the corner welcome you to Liberia, then you only have a few steps to the church on the plaza. I highly recommend.'
