Appartementen in Pieve a Nievole

'My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

'The morning of our stay (May 27), which I had booked and paid for on January 24, I realized I had not received check in procedures. When i messaged the host he/she messaged back that the apartment was booked that night and they didn’t know why I was allowed to book it. They did refund my purchase, but we were left scrambling for accommodations that night and it was pretty stressful.'

'Excellent appartment right in the centre of Lucca. It is an appartment I would like to stay in permanently. Gianluca is a great host, always available for any type of question. The appartment itself is just perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Lucca and just feel at home there!'

'The apartment is right in the centre of the city and really easy to find. Despite this it is quiet and we slept really well. There’s a lovely small balcony off one of the bedrooms with great rooftop views. It was clean, really well equipped- though with so many restaurants we didn’t really cook! We had a great time!'

'Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

'Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...
