Accommodation:

The villa is a true sanctuary of well-being and tranquility. The exterior, with 280 m² of terraces, allows guests to fully enjoy the idyllic surroundings, offering an exceptional panoramic view. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an outstanding experience.

Kitchen and Living Room:

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality VZUG appliances, including an oven, steam oven, and a wine cellar. Additional amenities such as a citrus press, blender, mixer, multiple coffee makers (filter and NESPRESSO), and an electric kettle are also available.

The spacious, bright living room, featuring a DEVIALET Phantom speaker, creates the perfect environment for relaxation and convivial moments.

Bedrooms:

The villa offers four elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms are furnished with 160 cm beds, and the master suite offers a 180 cm king-size bed. The rooms are decorated with high-quality materials, including luxury bedding (Maison SIMMONS and HÔTEL & Lodge) and French-washed linen sheets certified OEKO-TEX. Each bedroom also features quality storage (dressing rooms and wardrobes), and all rooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Exterior and Amenities:

The villa’s outdoor area is designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience, with double sunbeds, a heated pool, and a Kamado Weber barbecue for convivial moments. The contemporary design and architecture of the villa are intended to maximize space while showcasing the landscape. However, due to certain specific features, we recommend that families with young children pay particular attention to the safety of the outdoor areas.

The villa also offers a private parking area for 4 vehicles and an electric vehicle charging station.
