A perfect place for a large family correctly to stay. We had seven adults and three young children. Picnic beach was very close and a lovely place for everyone to swim and play on. And a couple of nice cafes there as well. The hosts were very helpful in every way and we appreciated their help with any requirements we had.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs was perfect with an infant and the gated balcony. Host was great with communication when we found a few things lacking and arranged supplies to be dropped off straight away. Enjoyed using the pool!

Island Adventure Holiday House

Overall staying at the house was fantastic and the owners were very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. As the person who slept in the room with the double bed bunk, my one and only complaint was sleeping on a slanted mattress due to the bed frame itself being bent. I still managed to sleep well enough, but it is something that should be addressed. That said, every other aspect of the stay was highly enjoyable, thank you.

Picnic Bay Gem

We had a group of 10 friends stay at this beauty of a home. Short walk from the beach and the pub and everyone was able to have a game of golf as well which was amazing. We absolutely loved staying at this home, highly recommend. Amenities were amazing as well. Thanks Mark and Rosemary! We will definitely stay again in the future x

Wonderful Family Holiday

This fantastic house was everything we hoped. Lots of space for 9 adults, two children under 6 years of age and 1 baby. The swimming pool was well used (although a bit chilly for us) and the tables on the upstairs veranda could easily fit us all. Amenities are as described but you will need to take all your own food requirements, cooking oil, paper towel, condiments, etc as well as laundry powder for the washing machine. We walked to the beach, the Maggie Island Brewery and had a very relaxing 4-night stay. We hope to return one day.

Another weekend in paradise

We had stayed here 16 years ago, and it was a fun time with the family. Having two areas made it great for those that needed some quiet, and downstairs great for my daughter who has FND and needs a wheel chair from time to time. Kids had heaps of room to play.
