« I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. « I was rather surprised with the global quality standard of the hotel for a 4 star hotel. We get used to go to 4 & 5 stars hotels and quality of the food on the breakfast was quite low. The breakfast was quite poor and we could not even get extra brown bread while arriving at 10am. We were given the excuse that a large group before us had taken all the bread. « One of the most unforgettable experiences lately, room was newly renovated, very comfortable and had an amazing view to the college courtyard. Breakfast was way better than the ones in 4-star London hotels and the breakfast room is like out of Harry Potter books. Big thanks to the staff and Jesus college. They truly took us to our good old college times. »
