Great home to stay in for this long weekend.
Great home to stay in for this long weekend. Clean and well equipped. We could have had more info on local food offers, especially the newer zymology and brandy basket restaurants. More info on local (village based) walks (which we discovered online) would be good as our mobile signal dropped out while walking and we were a little lost! Am old fashioned map would be great!

Les points forts : Arrivée et emplacement
Les points faibles : Propreté et exactitude de l’annonce
The property is in need of TLC and felt like it had been neglected for a long time. Consequently, the property felt dirty on arrival. Cracks in the kitchen floor revealed accumulation of dirt, various items were broken on arrival such as one of the bathroom bins, the toilet paper holder, the skirtings in the kitchen that kept dropping down, broken toilet seat, broken blind….The kitchen and bathroom windows on the garden side were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The property had a sign For sale which I expect explained the reason for the neglect: the owner doesn’t want to invest if he/she is going to sell but he/she’s however very happy to rent! All in all, very disappointing!
