'The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. '

'Erg mooie accommodatie, het resort is een beetje afgelegen, maar daarvoor krijg je wel een enorm luxe verblijf. De prijzen zijn wat aan de hoge kant wat ons betreft, verder zou de staff wat vriendelijker kunnen zijn. Alsnog een aanrader als je even een paar dagen heerlijk aan het strand of zwembad wilt liggen!'

'Fijn hotel,vriendelijk personeel,mooie locatie aan zee en fijn groot zwembad. Helaas waren er te weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad en strand,meeste gasten leggen om 7.00 al hun handdoek op de stoelen. Dat is heel jammer,reactie van de manager was dat de lading stoelen grotendeels kapot was aangekomen maar ze bestaan al een half jaar,slecht excuse ook het personeel mogen ze wel beter opleiden wat meer vakkennis zoals witte wijn koel serveren en niet warm en geen plastic wijnglazen bij het...

'It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US....
