'I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks.'

'Good quality rooms'

'Nice place to stay in a very secluded area. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with any room service requests. Breakfast and room service options were as expected. Nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. Pool and beach/property view was beautiful!'

'Our room was far from comfortable. Very old, Nothing seems cleaned. The shower backed up and started filling the shower floor. Unfortunately we were not impressed with our stay. the surrounding property is obviously very nice but front desk is less than helpful and all the restaurants around are terrible and over priced. The best thing was the bellboys helping us with our luggage. Thank you to them! The lady at the front desk with glasses is rude. Breakfast buffet is displayed nicely but...

'The buffet'

'Best Service out there, at Banyan Tree Lang Co they go above and beyond in terms of service. Everything was excellent! Special thanks to Bich and Nhi from Angsana.'

'Clean, great staff, good value. Beds are comfortable.'

'Good'

'Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the...

'Amazing'

'I read so many reviews that exaggerated cleanliness and I thought maybe they were purchased, but no, this was the CLEANEST room I've stayed in. No exaggeration, this place is spotless. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable thanks to the state of the room. The layout was spacious and open, there is a private balcony that leads to the fire escape, and the AC worked wonderfully. No shoes allowed in the building, which helps keep it germ free. Checking in was easy and the owner was very...
