Close to restaurants, bars, art galleries, the canal path, and entertainment. Scottsdale Stadium is just one mile away. It has been carefully designed with your comfort in mind. It has the privacy of a hotel with the comfort of home, I like to think of it as staying at your sister's place. It has a fully stocked kitchen, community BBQ grill, and heated pool making swimming possible year-round. Great for business trips and vacations alike.

The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. It's in an area called the Scottsdale Garden Apartment District. These condos were built back in the 1950s and were originally opened as hotels, there is so much charm in the neighborhood. I've been told it feels like LA in the neighborhood.

We named the condo The Mary Roland after my Grandfather's sister & his mother who were both named Mary Roland. I believe they would have loved the 1950's glam feeling of the building, the nearby local restaurants and art galleries, the heated pool, tropical grounds, and almost always sunny weather.
