No smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. Cigars and cigarettes are permitted ONLY outside. Please be careful and only smoke by the patio area. Fees will be imposed if furniture or turf is damaged from cigarettes' burns.

Marijuana use is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property. Marijuana scent lingers and requires ozone machines to be removed prior to next guest. A $1,500 fine will be assessed if evidence of marijuana use is found
