For convenience, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available and provide quick, reliable transportation throughout Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. Major highways, including Loop 101 and Loop 202, are easily accessible for exploring nearby attractions.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 10–15 minutes away, making arrivals and departures smooth and convenient. Complimentary parking is available at the property for your stay.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $65 per night. Advance notice is required to allow the pool to reach a comfortable temperature. Pool heating is not available during the summer months.

★ Early Check-In
We’re happy to accommodate early check-in when available. A small fee may apply. Please message us the night before your arrival to check availability.

Free parking is included. To respect our neighbors, parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway and two on the street at all times.

★ Guest Count
To help us prepare the home properly for your stay, please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when completing your booking, as our pricing and home preparation are based on the number of guests listed in the reservation.
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests total, including all overnight guests and any vendors or service provider.
