* Quiet hours begin strictly at 10 PM per local noise ordinance; non-overnight guests must depart by 10 PM.

**House Rules & Guidelines**

*Check-In / Check-Out:* Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested for $25 (subject to availability).
*Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! Pets must be house-trained, attended at all times, and kept clean. A $250 fine applies for any pet mess left indoors, and guests cover any pet damages.
*Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside ($500 fine for interior smoke odor). Outdoor smoking is permitted with doors and windows closed.
*Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. The pool is above-ground and is neither heated nor cooled.
*Trash & Mail: Weekly trash service is provided; please dispose of trash responsibly to avoid extra fees. No guest mail delivery is available at this address.
*General: Please treat our home with respect. We recommend trip insurance, as refunds follow our standard cancellation policy.
