Beds were 12 " off the floor. People shouting in the halls both nights, window shade was absolutely filthy when pulled down. Tub very slippery. Water from faucet sprayed out of the sink and was not adhered to the sink.

We had a terrible time at this hotel the beds are terrible the staff forgot to do the room we had a meting and we had to shower their was no clean towels the room was not done I told management to do the room at nine o clock and we came back in a hurry at 5:00 pm and they had to do the room at that time. The rod at the closet falling down the Kleenex Tissues are worst than paper for the kitchen. I hate this place!

There is a surprise facilities fee not included in the Expedia price of $25 per night. The hotel is fairly well located, the rooms are large (but actually too large because not enough furniture) but it feels unfinished, like they are going through a transition that is ongoing. It certainly didn't feel like a "Spa." I did like that the rooms are not carpeted, but the floors were still not clean and I had to ask them to mop the floors while I went for a walk. They did oblige promptly.

I understand that this may appear confusing, however, please note that you have not been charged twice.I would also like to clarify that our establishment is a hotel and spa, which offers guests the option to book appointments at our on-site spa. That being said, it is important to note that we are not a typical spa-like atmosphere, but rather a unique, boutique property with a beautiful rooftop and relaxing pool.I hope that this provides some clarity and reassurance. Following our renovations, we sincerely hope that you will consider returning to experience our improved facilities. I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.

Thank you for the kind review, Jessica! We love our supervisor Melinda, She always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, after covid, they took out all the microwaves in the rooms. We hope to have microwaves back in the rooms in the near future!

The beds were low to the ground so for people with bad knees and back I could not recommend and there is only 1 chair and it has wheels, which is a safety hazard if you have health concerns.

I arrived before my check in and staff was able to check me in I was glad after my 6 hour flight I was tired. The bar has some good drinks youre lit with just 1 the jalapeño margarita was bomb. The only issue is that I was looking forward to having a bubble bath but they needed up bot giving me that room with a tub. I’ll definitely come back here next time

The inensand beds were really comfortable. Nice towels. The room was pretty clean but yet nails sticking out of the bathroom sink area and holes cut in the walls. Neither of the blinds close completely.

There was a tremendous amount of noise at night. Spoke to the front desk, said they were cleaning the restaurant area. I could not understand why they would be cleaning at 11:00-midnight. In addition, there was more noise next to my room in the middle of the night. Overall, this was problematic being that I had to catch a plane with very little sleep the night before due to the noise.

It was a decent place to stay. The toilet paper holder, shower head, shower curtain rod were all hanging off. Seems like a little TLC would go a long way. Also, the AC never got cold which in AZ kinda stinks. But again, it was decent.

I enjoyed my stay because the checkin and out, pool, housekeeping, functionality was great. There was a huge dance party going on at the pool on a Sunday night, which surprised me. I would have bought earplugs. And the dining was less than expected. I'd recommend eating dinner elsewhere, but overall it just fine. I liked it. I do recommend it. Oh...the pillo

So, it is a cannabis hotel. There are dedicated areas for it and rooms for it. There are areas in the halls that wreak. I did not know this will booking and was not okay with it but I couldn't find another room that wouldn't cost an absolute fortune due to a basketball thing happening over the weekend I was there. It is in the ghetto. There were a number of things that were broken in my room- the shower handle, the safety bar, several lights, the remote for the air conditioner. It wasn't the cleanest. The staff were very nice.

There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. We had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper.The desk chair was broken, it would not rise up . I felt like a little kid sitting up to a big table.It was hard to do computer work. The staff were very friendly.
