Our group of 12 ladies celebrated our 30th anniversary of traveling together once a year. This beautiful property had more than enough space and a fantastic pool to accommodate us all. We hired a local chef who came to the house and prepared a very delicious Southwest dinner for our group. The house location was prefect. Staying in Scottsdale made it possible to take a day trip to Sedona as well as fly in and out of Phoenix. We would certainly stay here again.

Golf Trip

Overall the house was great! It was very nice with tons of room and things to do while we were there with the pool, hot tub and game room. Great quiet neighborhood very close to good restaurants and the golf course played. We would definitely stay here again.

First Girl's Golf Trip

Amazing property that was everything the pictures and description outlined. The co-host Karissa greeted us upon arrival and gave us the rundown of the property. She was easily accessible via phone & text. We had no issues at all except our second night we thought the hot tub wasn't working. I called Karissa and she walked us through on how to work the remote and was extremely helpful. I am looking into booking this property again in the future!!!

Sincerely, best VRBO we have stayed at!

We have stayed in a ton of VRBOs, usually several a year all across the states. This is by far the best, and here’s why: Pictures match the property It’s incredibly clean, I’m a nurse and VRBO home owner, I typically scrub all knobs, switches and handles with Clorox upon arrival, but didn’t feel the need here. Even all the upholstery was super clean, NEVER happens in homes we have stayed in. Quality furniture, beds and bedding. The outdoor space is large and well taken care of, it was our selling point with booking, lots of games/activities, just gorgeous!! The icing on the cake was working with Alex and his team. Communication was clear upon our arrival about home details and expectations. I had a number to call/text with any issues. I messaged Karissa about guests, letting her know shower in basement didn’t work and pool temp concerns. She always replied in minutes, seemed unbothered by my messages and worked to remedy them. We did have pool heat issues, which they addressed as soon as I communicated them and refunded monies above what I asked. Amazing home, excellent team and perfect guest relations. Not a thing could have been better. Stay here, it’s worth the investment!

What an amazing place!

The accommodations in this Mansion were perfect. Everything was clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. They thought of everything, pool, ping pong, cornhole, spike ball, video games, plenty of TV's and of course the huge swimming pool and spa. Everyone in our group was entertained by something all day long. We barely left the home to do other things. Highly recommended. When we visit Scottsdale again this will be our go to place. Oh and the property manager Daniel was incredible. He walked me through all the home details when we arrived and was available if we had any questions during our stay, very professional! What a great time!

This property was fantastic! It’s not often you can find a space that every person has their own bed! This place had it all, beds, entertainment, and fun. Furthermore, the property staff was very accommodating when seemingly everyone traveling got delayed! Very glad we chose this place for our get away!

Family Together Again!

From the moment we walked through the front door of this Scottsdale beauty, we knew we found a gem. Greeting us when we arrived, the owners explained the layout and the many features of this home, including the many indoor and outdoor activities. You can see the effort being put forth as updating and improvements continue. If you are looking for a well manicured home with activities galore, you found the right place. This is not an Entertainer’s Paradise.

We got cancelled from the VRBO because we had extra people over to the house on a wedding weekend. The neighbors do not like the VRBO. If you go outside, they will complain. If you just want to sleep somewhere, stay there. It’s Entertainer’s jail. Phoenix has cracked down on having fun at VRBOs, so stay at a resort.

Perfect House/Property for Group

We rented this place for a bachelorette and it was perfect! The house is beautiful and clean with a ton of space for all guests to spread out. The outdoor area is amazing with a pool, hot tub, different sitting areas, lounge chairs, fire pit, outdoor grill, everything you could ever want. The attention to detail was some of the best. All the bathroom were stocked with necessities and more than enough towels. There were even designated makeups towels in every bathroom. The beds had extra pillows and were extremely comfortable. The host is also super friendly, helpful and made our stay easy and special. He even unpacked all of our groceries that arrived early and had a special treat waiting for the bachelorette!!

Perfect stay

The house is everything the listing promises and more. It’s a comfortable and spacious that easily accommodates a huge group of friends or family gathering. The backyard is the highlight though with a large heated pool, volleyball court and hot tub. The neighborhood is also beautiful and great for jogging / walks. .

Awesome spot

Really great place with lots of space for large groups and enough stuff to do to keep you entertained between activities in nearby Scottsdale or Phoenix. Manager was highly communicative and accommodating, making the stay very easy from check in to check out.

Annual golf trip

This was our second trip to this house for our golf group. This stay totaled 14 and the amenities are top notch. Close to WE-KO-PA, Grayhawk, and Eagle Mountain. Daniel has always been responsive to our requests. Will return again.

Family Christmas getaway

The house was great. So many bedrooms, we slept 15 with five couples and the rest adult children. Huge kitchen, living areas, play areas and great pool. The Host was very responsive as we did have to call maintenance one time to fix dishwasher but it was not a big deal. We also called about pool floats and within an hour or so they appeared at the door. The Host even left us a bottle of Dom to celebrate wirh. Overall it was great experience and I would rent the house again.

The best feature of this space is the attached bathroom for almost every room. But everything was exceptional- beautifully clean and fully stocked kitchen. Indoor and outdoor entertainment space. Incredible!

So much room - party of 10 but could have slept 20. Great layout. Daniel was super responsive. The step ups and the floor are the same color, so needed to be a bit careful when stepping up or down. Great location, everything was perfect. I would go definitely go back!

The house is beautiful and sooo spacious for a large group. The backyard is amazing. Alex was a pleasure to work with and was super attentive to any questions that we had before the trip along with during the weekend. He made everything really easy from beginning to end. Don’t have anything negative to say about the experience - everything was perfect. Would 100% go back!

Better than expected!

We hosted a “mini” family reunion here and had an absolute blast. Everyone had a great time and plenty of space to have your private time if you wanted it! Beautiful, clean, well stocked and Alex was the perfect host. The Bluetooth wasn’t working and within 30 min Alex delivered a brand new one and our celebration never missed a beat. Family already talking about when we can come again….maybe when it’s a little cooler!
