My family celebrated my 60th birthday for 5 days ! We had the best time! Sydney was incredible making sure every detail was taken care of. Any issue we had was solved within minutes from help with the hot tub to the air temperature. The amenities like the movie theatre. Great pool, hot tub, pickle ball and Bocce Added so much fun for our 5 grandkids! Thank you!! Thank you for making my birthday weekend so special.

Beautiful home, lots of amenities, excellent management

My family (13 of us) gathered here for a weeklong vacation and it was perfect. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and patios were exactly as pictured. There are lots of games and everything is in working order. Conveniently located near some beautiful hiking trails. Grocery store not too far away. One surprise was the totally empty pantry - a total lack of all spices or oil (not even salt and pepper), which differs from my typical experience with rental homes, but doesn’t impact my rating because it’s still 100% as-advertised. The property management is excellent — they were very responsive when we realized the pool heaters were heating the whole pool to hot tub temps, and they figured out a fix. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. My only suggestion would be they need to have some basics there for cooking like cooking oil and a few spices so we’re not having to buy everything. It was hot and the misters were not working. This swim up bar would’ve been nice to be able to use the refrigerators, but they were not on working order either. They did come take a look at misters and couldn’t fix them. It would be nice to have a few cleaning supplies as well. We had nothing to clean the counters other than just water. Other than that, the house was amazing to stay at.

Best 50th bday family get together

Amazing property for my family coming into town from 4 states. The home fit all 20 of us comfortably . Plenty of room for everyone to have space. The hot tub, water slide, theatre room, pool table, poker table and pickle ball kept all ages entertained. I would highly recommend this property and I am very picky. My only recommendation would be to get some cookie sheets or additional pans for cooking. I know not all families cook while on vacation but we loved to cook.Thank you for sharing the beautiful home with us!

Amazing home

Loved this property! Stayed here for a Christmas get away with 20 family members. Beautiful, spacious home that had something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space was great from pickleball to basketball to lounging around the fire pit. So appreciated that the pool was heated before we got there so it was ready to use and we enjoyed it every day. The property managers were very helpful and took care of all our needs. Definitely recommend this as a must stay!

Spacious and beautiful

Gorgeous desert compound with tons of amenities. We loved the huge house and backyard property for our extended family Thanksgiving. Lots of space for everyone to sleep but also spend time together. Kids loved the slide, movie room and pickleball court. On call property management was quick and polite responding to any issues we had w pool and water heating system. We hope to return!

Incredible and Amazing

Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Our host, Sydney, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was amazingly responsive too. She made sure we were well taken care of and took extra time to make sure of it (blew up our pool toys, delivered shampoo, and other needs). As for the home and the pool it was incredible! We spent long hours in the world class pool, using the swim up bar a ton and loved every minute. The privacy of the home was perfect for our large group too. We felt safe and secure and could be us throughout the time there. The rooms and beds were comfortable and amazing. We loved the on-suites. Beds were world class comfortable too. Plenty of room for multiple families. The game area was great too. We spent lots of time playing pool and poker upstairs. The fire pit outside was used a ton to wind down our days after BBQing dinner at the swim up bar. Pickleball and basketball too. We lived our best week. 3 families spent the week in the heat of summer and loved every minute. Highly recommend! Tons of fridge space and the ice machines were huge! 3 ovens and multiple fridges throughout the house plus a washer and dryer in the master (and one in the main house was great). We can’t wait to go back!

Annual Family Vacay!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the Arizona heat at this beautiful Scottsdale property! The house was amazing, the pool and outdoor space was well laid out and fun, and Sydney (the Property Manager) was very accomodating throughout the trip. We had no issues, but when we had questions, Sydney was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! For our annual family and friends vacation of 12 people this time, it was more than enough space. It could have easily have handled up to 20-22 people.

Nice Pool, but mechanical issues were a nuisance

We stayed at the property for a week with six adults and four kids, ages 3-8 years old. The property itself was expansive and the theatre room and the outdoor space/pool was the highlight of the house. We had several issues with the house, some of which were resolved and some of which weren't which made the accommodations less than ideal. One of the bathrooms toilet and shower were not flushing and there was a trickle of water, respectively. The property manager fixed the problem in a timely manner. The worst part of the stay, in terms of comfort and lack of convenience, was the fact that the air conditioning system controlling five bedrooms never worked. Overnight sleeping temperatures were hovering around 75-76 degrees. Over the course of three days people came and assured us the problem was fixed; it never was. We were offered a credit before we were told there wouldn't be a fix by the time we were checking out. While the mgmt co was communicative it really soured the experience. No additional accommodations were offered to us. I would hesitate to stay at this property again, given the inconvenience and lack of comfor we experienced. For the price they charge, one would expect to have a/c, especially in Arizona.

College Reunion fun

Had a blast at this property reconnecting with a large group of friends who haven’t seen each other in a while. Plenty of space in the house, amazing backyard and pool. Close enough to civilization to get groceries or other things you may need. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation with a large group.
