The house is AMAZING - photos don't do it justice. The host was awesome, very helpful. In fact she went above and beyond helping us. The one negative was all the pillows in the house are very thick and everyone had a hard time sleeping because of it. Maybe offer some softer pillows so guests have a choice. My whole family enjoyed all the amenities of this house - we had a 1 and2 year old with us so it was nice that the house was large and there were activities we could do outside while they napped.

Absolutely stunning home inside and out that is incredibly spacious and has everything you could possibly need and more! Excellent communication, very clean, extremely well organized and gorgeous private backyard. Close to everything in town that you would need. We utilized the grocery delivery service they offered which was extremely handy flying in Christmas Day! 5 stars all around!

4th of July - Friends&Family

This property was lovely. There were 5 adults and 5 kids including an infant. There was plenty of space inside and out. It was 4th of July and we watched fireworks from the rooftop area. The pool area was great, lots of different spaces to congregate, plenty of umbrellas, and the kids loved the water slide. There’s a fridge outside by the grill and a TV to play music at. The kitchen had everything you needed. Also - ample ice in this home! We didn’t need to purchase any at all. There were no additional pool floats - make sure to bring what you’d like. We all really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing House!

Amazing property with tons of fun amenities. The management was really helpful and available for any questions. The teenagers really enjoyed all the activities in the backyard! I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing house!!

I hosted a bachelorette weekend for my sister, 10 ladies total, and everyone LOVED this house. Gorgeous property and more than enough space for us. Communication with the property manager was great and easy. Fast responses. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Nice property but needs some TLC

Great outdoor space but property needs some attention to detail. Need to offer guests new pool towels, new towels in general,more than one garage door opener, clean bathrooms thoroughly, gas stove needs to be checked, Kelly clicking. Basically the house is more of a party house and seen better days.

Bachelorette Weekend

This property MADE our trip. This place is PARADISE! We stayed with 14 women for a weekend getaway. The manager was extremely helpful throughout the process, especially in the days leading up to the trip. Our flights were early when we arrived and they accommodated early check in. We had other fun events planned in Scottsdale, but hanging out by the pool was the highlight. This property is extremely spacious- indoors & outdoors. There are multiple photo opportunities with incredible views. 10/10. Will be coming back!

Beautiful property

We chose the property because the backyard amenities were perfect for our family. The pool and slide - the main attraction - was great the first few days. The pool heater was not working consistently to heat the pool, the spa heater needed adjusting, the pool was cloudy and the pool maintenance was poorly and irregularly done. Some of our family has pool and hot tub experience but their suggestions fell on rude and deaf ears. The rain and cool weather were to be expected but the $900 I paid for pool heating for 12 days was wasted for at least 4 of those days. I would like to let the owners know that their entire pool equipment system needs updating so that no one else experiences the pool, slide, .etc not working!

Great family getaway

We had 14 family members from three different states at this property for a week. It was absolutely perfect for the various ages we had. Between the pool, basketball court, pool table, ping pong table, putt-putt golf course and location to various attractions, we were a very happy group! Our host answered any questions I had throughout the stay and was prompt in getting a service tech over when needed for the pool. I highly recommend this property!!

Absolute 10/10 House + Experience

The house experience I have ever had. We had a group of 13 guys and there were beds for everyone, house was super clean and spacious and the backyard is better than advertised. Took advantage of the transportation service and grocery delivery service and everything was STOCKED before we arrived. Just dont be loud outside past 10pm and there will be 0 problems. Awesome experience

Great getaway

I thought this vrbo was mostly wonderful! It was me, my husband, and our 7 and 3 year olds. We were very happy with our stay and greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The pool, slide and hot tub were incredible! Temps were perfect. Basketball court (half court, stand alone hoop) and putting green were hits with my 7 year old son. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked and rooms and beds were super comfortable. Ashly was very responsive and even helped bring in our grocery delivery. A few notes. This house definitely shows some wear and tear. The foosball table and patio furniture were very rickety and there was an exposed screw in the hot tub. The grounds were a little unkempt as well (old beer bottle caps mixed in with the rocks, broken outdoor light, chipped paint, etc). The master shower and a few of the sink handles were loose/broken. These things did not affect our stay at all and Ashly offered to have somebody come address the patio furniture and screw right away! She was very responsive and helpful. It is also VERY residential which was exactly what I wanted but something to note for more party-driven guests. We had a lovely stay and only left the property a handful of times to go on hikes or run to the store for a quick restock which says a lot :)! Overall I would recommend.

what a gem

The house was amazing and great for my group of 15 friends. Pros: The entire house is stunning and the backyard is dreamy. We didn't want to leave the pool. The house greater was great for a quick text on questions. Safe neighborhood, no neighbors seem too bothered by us. Cons: The pool guy randomly showed up unannounced on Saturday during our stay and wanted to put chemicals in that would have kept us out of the water (not ideal for the $$$ we're paying, prime time on Saturday). There is no speaker system anywhere inside or outside the house. There were only 2 wine glasses (odd for a house that sleeps 15).

Great Home

Amazing home with all the amenities one could ask for! We enjoyed what little time we had playing put put on the back lawn and shooting hoops. Only thing is the ROKU was difficult to work with, wish there was standard cable or dish. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great family gathering

We booked this house for a long weekend to see family in the area. There were six adults and four children ranging from 7 to 6 weeks. House was fantastic and management was very helpful. Outdoor areas are awesome! The kids loved the putting green, basketball court, and especially the pool with slide and waterfall! Just a note for those staying in the winter- we paid to have the pool heated and they heat it to 87’ which is probably great most of the year. However during our time there the high temp was 65 and lows in the 40s so pool had a hard time staying warm! The kids still enjoyed the pool and switched to the hot tub when it started getting cooler late afternoon. The beds were awesome and great sets of bunk beds in two bedrooms. Only issue to that is 3 rooms( one king and the two rooms with bunk beds) had to use the same bathroom. Our hostess Ashly was awesome. I texted her the next morning after we checked in with a list of maintenance issues and she had someone at the house within a couple hours. He was able to fix all our issues except the tv outside. It is not hooked up to cable and has to work wireless and I think it is too far from the house for it to connect. We finally figured out late Saturday afternoon to use our hotspot on our cell phone and it connected! Probably be nice if this was easier to watch tv out in the gazebo or instructions in the check in information on how to connect the tv. Overall our experience was fabulous and will rent it again in the future. Would have given it 5 stars except for the issue with the outdoor tv. Also thought this area could be greatly enhanced with better patio furniture.
