Nice but concerns.

Comfortable beds but very low to ground. Shower faucets hard to turn and one shower would not adjust. Other guests parked in our assigned parking spot. Noisy after hours. AC worked great. Extra charges not disclosed prior to purchase. Water poor tasting but nice that rental included a Brita!
