Early Check-in:
We will try our best to accommodate early check-ins, although our cleaners sometimes need that time to ensure the home is cleaned well and maintained for you (early check in fee may apply)

Security:
For the safety and security of our guests, the home has 2 front facing exterior cameras. There are no cameras inside the home, the backyard, or anywhere else

Decorations:
Please don't use tape, sticky dots, confetti, glitter, or adhesive décor. Freestanding backdrops are fine.

Pool Safety:
Gated and latched in for safety and children in mind. Please keep the gate closed when not in use. There is no lifeguard, children must be supervised at all times
