This is a beautiful, studio size, attached apartment, combining the country living feel with easy access amenities. The kitchenette has a stove top, coffee maker (with coffee!) and toaster oven for guest use, and a washer and dryer are located within the unit for convenience and ease. There is a queen bed, perfect for two, and a futon and a memory foam, fold out ottoman for additional guests. The bathroom has a comfortable tub as well. Outdoors the property includes peaceful walking paths in a park-like setting. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We are perfectly located with easy access to beautiful shopping centers such as Kierland and The Scottsdale Quarter that are 20 minutes away and fun, country western shopping and eateries in Frontier Town/Cave Creek and Carefree just 15 minutes away! We are also within close proximity to seasonal special events including Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, and The Arabian Horse Show. Beautiful hiking in the surrounding areas as well!

We are also within 20 minutes of Mayo Clinic Hospital which means we are a great place for before, during, and after treatment and offer a quiet, relaxing place for healing and recovery.

A very enjoyable place to stay for 1 or 2 people. We had 3 dogs, so it was a bit crowded. However, we had stayed there before, so we knew it would be a bit tight on space. Delightful location!

The apartment is super clean, the owner is really nice. There are cooking facilities but not an oven. There is a toaster oven and toaster and microwave as well as a cooktop. The backyard is a lovely desert scene.

Fantastic renting experience

Great space, the owner set the temp to what I asked for. Space was very clean, had everything that I needed, wifi was a bit weak, but still functional. Bed was a bit soft as was the couch, but more than adequate. Great stone floors and the backyard was perfect for watching the lunar eclipse. Owner is super nice and very engaging/ accommodating. Her response time when communicating was spot on. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends, when I do not plan to be there.

Beautiful scenery

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was great and Hilary's garden was beautiful. The cactus were blooming and the birds was in abundance to watch. The most beautiful sunsets. It was peaceful and quiet really night or day. Hilary was great. I'll be coming back to the area I can only hope that this will be available again when I come back. Thank you Hilary for a great first experience to Arizona. Wish we had more time to stay.

Such an amazing experience!
