The condo was very nice. The area the unit was in was a nice area, quiet, and felt safe. I met one neighbor as I was accessing the unit and he was very pleasant. Being able to use the garage for parking was a huge plus for me and was one of the main reasons we chose this property, as we never trust being parked on the street. My feeling at this property thou, after staying here, was that I would be very comfortable going out to the car after dark if you had forgotten something. The complex seemed very safe. Not being from the area, safety is very important for me, as my wife and I are in are 60’s. The unit was very comfortable and clean. There is a little balcony off the entrance that has the morning sun that’s just perfect for relaxing, having a cup of coffee, and planning your day. I didn’t go over to the pool area, so I can’t comment on that except that the unit appears to have good close access to it. The gentleman that I met, that lives in the complex, was commenting that the pool area was a nice area. When we are back in the area in the future, we will definitely check with the host to see if this property is available.
