Two story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Two bedrooms one includes a queen and the other a full size bed with a bath upstairs including a loft that has a pull out sofa bed. One bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. Spacious backyard with Ramada and patio furniture. Walking distance to the City of Surprise aquatics center, park, library and SPRING TRAINING of Minutes away from dining and shopping. We got WiFi in the house

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood close to the baseball stadium. Lovely back yard and well supplied kitchen to cook meals. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.

Very clean property

The air plug-ins were overwhelming. A few more instructions for the TV and fans would be helpful. We are use to VRBO's that have soap and shampoo but there are stores close by. A few pamphlets on nearby attractions and restaurants are always helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Overall an OK place

Overall, compared to other rental properties, I'd rate this one decent. On the positive side, it was as described, although the spaces looked a little bigger in the pictures (that's normal these days, it seems). We didn't think the bed linens were fresh (and my wife always knows), and there's way too much furniture in the dining room for what the place needs. Knicknacks are abundant and there weren't any of the normal typical perks like coffee or some snacks for late night arrivals. The neighborhood is great and it's easy to get to and from the house. The host had excellent communication.

Great location for a couple of golfers

Liked the location and the house. Light switches in bedrooms didn’t function but there were table lamps. Small complaint, there was only one cereal bowl, maybe a quick trip to IKEA would solve it. Bottom line, I’ll come back.

Very disappointed. The tub was in the common bathroom was clogged, standing water with nasty hair in it. So our whole family had to shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom had fast food wrappers under the bed! Beds are all broken down & very uncomfortable. The sink in the kitchen made a horrible screaming sound & hard to turn off. The garbage disposal didn’t have the rubber ring, so when you turn it on the food & water fly up everywhere including your face! The dishwasher was broken, only to find out after it was loaded, & I asked where the detergent was. Only provides one extra trash bag. I was told it’s because I was only staying 3nights & 4 days, if I needed more than 2 that I would have to buy them. No check out instructions. When I did ask I was told check out was @ 10am. On my booking it says 11am. The owner was very nice & responses quickly.
