This spacious 4 Bed 2 Bath Home was just updated! We listened to our past guests suggestions and went above and beyond to make your stay here feel as close to “home” as possible. Brand new, fresh linens, bedding and towels. This place is perfect for a vacation, staycation, BBQ, family dinner, or even business travel! We have everything you need including plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, and a light breakfast. Games include ping pong, Jenga, board games, bag toss, and more!

The space
This home was renovated in 2018 and updated again in January of 2020. The spaces are unique and inviting. There is a King bed in the Master, Queen in the guest, 2 Twins in the second guest, and a Queen in the 4th bedroom. The living room is large with a super comfy sectional. The backyard is an oasis with a large covered area, hot tub, 4 pool loungers, kids play area on artificial turf, gas BBQ, wood fire pit, and of course a huge pool!



Guest access
You have access to the entire home including Laundry. The space isn't shared with anyone else!

HOUSE RULES:
To provide our guests with the safest, cleanliest, and best experience possible, we'd like to remind you that...

NO SMOKING
Smoking of ANY kind, in or on the property, is NEVER allowed and will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

NO PETS
Although we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in or on the property and will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

NO GLASS
Glass cups, bottles, dishes, containers, etc. are not allowed in the backyard, on the patio, or in/near the swimming pool or spa.
A $1,000 fine will be strictly enforced, as it is mandatory that we drain our swimming pool and spa to preventive danger of any broken glass in the water.

SWIMMING POOL EQUIPMENT
The swimming pool cleaner (hose, vacuum, basket, floaters, etc.) must remain in the water AT ALL TIMES.
The pool pump is set on an automatic timer and will turn on and shut off at scheduled times.
Removing any part of the pool cleaner or manually turning the pump on/off will cause the system to malfunction.
A $100 fee will be charged is the system needs to be reset.

TRASH & RECYCLING
We care about our planet and want to make sure we are doing what we can to help protect it!

All trash and recycling must be placed in the appropriate bins prior to your checkout.

The BLACK trash bin is located in the alley through the gate in the backyard and the PINK bin is for recycling which is located in the front of the house.

Only loose, recyclable items are allowed in the recycling bin - the city will not pick up recycling if there are bags of any kind inside the bin.

A $100 fee will be charged for garbage (regular trash) OR bagged items put in the recycling bin.

The City of Scottsdale has enacted a strict no noise policy. If police are called for a noise complaint they can issue the guests fines of up to $2500. The policy applies to everyone in Scottsdale.
