Welcome to your Mountain Side escape! This cozy and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect place to unwind while enjoying beautiful scenic views right from the living room. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the space offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to local dining, shops, and outdoor activities.



The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one king bed in the primary bedroom and one queen bed in the second bedroom, along with two full bathrooms for added convenience. The open and inviting layout creates a comfortable atmosphere for couples, families, or friends traveling together.



Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, along with fast Wi-Fi for streaming, remote work, or staying connected. The bright living area provides a cozy spot to relax while taking in the scenic surroundings.

⏰ For Early Check-in and Late Check-out Request;

Please reach out to check for availability and approval. We require all properties pre-inspected after housekeeping before check-in. If you arrive before the inspection is completed, please let us know if you’d prefer the inspector to leave upon your arrival or if you’d like to request that they vacate.



⏰ Late Check-Out Without Approval;

There is a $50 late checkout fee if you are at the property more than 30 minutes after the 10AM standard checkout time.

Quiet neighborhood located in Tempe with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

We only accept stays of 30 days or longer.

Storage Policy:

Certain cabinets are locked for owner supplies; tampering results in a $1,000 fee. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
