🏊 Pool Heat (Optional): Available from October 15 through May 15 for $75 per day. Pool heating is completely optional and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay (check-out day is not charged). When requested, the pool will be heated to approximately 82–85°F. Payment and notification are required at least 48 hours before arrival.
🌡️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING POOL HEAT:
A heated pool is NOT the same as a hot tub! While heating makes the pool water more comfortable for swimming, it will NOT feel hot like a hot tub. For comparison, our pools are heated to approximately 82–85°F, while a typical hot tub is around 102–104°F. That`s a difference of nearly 20 degrees!

Want to get your Scottsdale vacation started early? We offer 11:00 AM early check-in for a flat $145 fee, based on availability.

You will have the entire home and backyard to yourselves, including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, game room and laundry room. Self check-in with a keypad, and parking is in the private driveway.

We are BonvoyageAZ, a local Scottsdale property management team. You will receive check-in instructions and a digital guidebook before arrival, and our team is available by message throughout your stay. Our in-house maintenance crew is nearby if anything comes up.

POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please request it before arrival so it is warm when you check in. The hot tub is always heated.

PETS: Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please let us know when booking.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and the maximum occupancy of 14 guests applies at all times.

SAFETY: An exterior security camera is present at the front of the home. There are no cameras inside. The pool and hot tub are not fenced, so please keep an eye on children at all times.
