'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'I was in line for over 40 minutes to check in. When I finally got a key, it was to a room that already had other people's luggage in it and slept in beds. There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them.
