Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. We could hear the voices on the street, the announcements on the buses, clanking of a metallic plate down the road, - pretty much everything that was happening outside. When next morning we informed the owner of the problem, we were told that the windows were properly closed and nothing could be done about it. The owner refused to accommodate us elsewhere or issue a refund. We moved to another hotel. Stay away from this place.
