Bedroom 1: Relax in the serene ambiance of the first bedroom, furnished with 2 Full Sized beds. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep with high-quality linens, cozy pillows, and ample closet space for your belongings.



Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers another plush queen bed, ensuring comfort and relaxation. Ideal for kids or additional guests, this room provides a cozy and fun sleeping arrangement.



Equipped with a comfortable desk and chair to ensure you can work for extended periods without discomfort.



Living Room: The living room features a stylish and comfortable sofa bed, seamlessly integrated into the space. This additional sleeping option is perfect for accommodating extra guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation includes a $69 Damage Protection Program covering accidental damages up to $150.

We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :



1- 4 Nights : $35 Per Night

5-29 Nights : $250

30+ Nights : $400
