Guest Identity & Screening Process

For community safety and property security, all guests must complete a quick online verification prior to entry:

- Age Requirement: The primary account holder registering the stay must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the booking. If the primary planner is under 21, the reservation must be submitted directly by an accompanying guest who is 21 or older.

- Deadlines: Complete registration within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day arrivals) to prevent automated reservation cancellation.

- Key Access: Check-in codes and entrance details are dispatched only after successful verification.
