Goed hotel op een centrale plek. Kamer was zeer schoon en specialistisch gereinigd vanwege COVID. Badkamer is wat verouderd. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Drains were terrible elevators were slow. Coffee machine was broken for a few days as well as the water dispenser on our floor. Positives great location beds were wonderful very quiet area and hotel housekeeping was great. Showers were good but the bathtub drained very slowly.

The location was great and staff friendly and helpful. The upgrade to get the mini fridge/kitchen was worth it. I was disappointed the shower temperature was warm (not hot.) However good value.

Rooms had thin walls so noise could be an issue. Also bathrooms were very small. Location was excellent, very convenient for centre of the city. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no issues with anything at this property. The only downside is that they dont have their own parking but there is a parking garage right around the corner so is wasnt too bad. Overall would definitly stay here again.

The property is in a great location. The staff were fantastic! I would have appreciated more specific info from the property about parking. Having my bf drive around while I got the specifics isn’t the best way to handle it. The room we stayed at was acceptable, but with a little TLC, it could be really charming. Better towels, cleaner windows, nicer bedding would go a long way.

The property was okay, and the staff was great. It was a decent value for the money. It was located in central Philly, and there were a lot of people loitering on the sidewalks. It didn't feel like the safest environment.

The service is non-existent. I tried to check in at 3:45 and was told that my room was not ready but would be available in a few minutes. 10 minutes later I was told it still wasn’t ready and could take a half hour. The desk clerk then offered to switch my room. I was then given a key to one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen with an equally small bathroom. While they both were clean and functional, it was not worth $300.00

I found the service to have been extraordinary. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt that I was their guest as opposed to a customer. We stayed at Club Quarters to attend a Rutgers graduation ceremony. It is clearly the best value in the area, and given the reasonable rates, I was surprised at how nice the place is. My room was extremely clean, had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Each floor has a station for filtered water. The lobby includes a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee as well as a still and sparkling filtered water station. The hotel is located in a busy area with lots of nearby restaurants and is in excellent proximity to Penn State, Drexel, and Rutgers (across the bridge, which has a walking path). Despite the business and noise outside, the hotel rooms themselves are very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly too. Dermot and Orianna were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If I'm ever in Philly again, I will definitely stay here.

The best in Philly, I have stayed here at least 4 times and I will certainly be back. The staff is super nice and helpful, they always greet me and remember me from previous stays. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and safe. There’s anything you need in the area, walking distance to museums and delicious pizza, as a New Yorker I care about those things. I love this hotel.

The receptionist Dermot was very kind and attentive. He waived the fee for early check in, and I was able to get to my room as early as 10:00 a.m. The hotel is within walking distance to almost all major attractions in Philly, and it also has a train station nearby.
