'Room was smelling wet bad not clean at all'

'Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was een grote teleurstelling. De kamer was onhygiënisch, met beddengoed dat al lange tijd niet leek te zijn verschoond. 'It was clean. Staff were very helpful. Laundry service was efficient. Breakfast had a good variety of food.'

'Ok experience'

'Probably Best hotel in Ludhiana, very friendly staff. Good value for money for Indian standards. Would return on a next visit.'

Breakfast buffet variety was fairly good, including fresh pancakes, eggs being made to order, there could be more non-veg options. Pastries did not taste fresh. We also...
