Cozy Apartment with Mountain Views and Box Spring Bed

With around 46 m², including a living/sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom, our apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped so you’ll have everything you need. Enjoy restful nights in the spacious and comfortable box spring bed (1.8 x 2 m). Wi-Fi and a TV are provided. Unwind on your private west-facing balcony with breathtaking views of Breitenberg, Schönkahler, Kienberg, and Edelsberg. The apartment is in a quiet setting. You can park your car directly in the courtyard—free of charge.



Experience nature right outside your door, while charming shops and restaurants are just a 15-minute walk away. The location is perfect for scenic hikes, such as to the historic Falkenstein castle ruins. Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee.



As a dog and cat already live in our house, no additional pets are allowed. The apartment is a smoke-free zone and parties or events are not permitted, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.



Want to bring your bike or motorcycle? No problem—upon request, we offer a secure, covered parking space. We care about recycling. The entire house is equipped to save light and water. When there’s enough sunshine, we generate our own electricity with solar panels. Our Allgäu spring water is revitalized with GRANDER and is perfect for drinking straight from the tap.
