Welcome to our cozy vacation rental in the picturesque seaside town of Petrovac! With 47 m² of living space, this accommodation offers the perfect retreat for couples, small families, or digital nomads looking to work and relax in a peaceful setting.

- Outdoor space to enjoy: Relax on your private terrace with a partial ocean view. You’ll also have access to a fully fenced courtyard for shared use. Here you’ll find comfortable lounge chairs, a BBQ area for social evenings, and a refreshing outdoor shower.
- Parking included: A free private parking space is located right next to the house.

The Rooms:
- Bedroom: Equipped with a solid wood double bed (140x200 cm), a spacious sliding-door closet, a dresser, a comfortable armchair, and hardwood floors.
- Living and dining area: A kitchen with a stove and all necessary cooking utensils. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping surface 110x190 cm) that can be used as an additional sleeping option. A beautiful solid-wood dining table and a piano lend the room a special charm. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot days.
- Bathroom: Equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. A washing machine is conveniently located in the kitchen.

Location and Surroundings:
The apartment is located in a pleasantly quiet, off-the-beaten-path area. It’s about a 5- to 7-minute walk to the market and the supermarket.
Note on the route to and from the beach: You can reach Petrovac Beach downhill in about 5 minutes via stairs or in about 10 minutes via a gentle, step-free path. Since the house is located on higher ground, the return trip uphill takes a little longer on both routes.

- Reliable Wi-Fi is available for working from home (no TV in the house).
- Fresh bed linens and towels are included in the price.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors (patio/courtyard).
