AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. After standing outside in the humidity on the phone for over an hour, thankfully Expedia was able to rebook us at a nearby hotel where our experience was completely the opposite. I’d recommend that anybody pay the difference to stay at the ritz Carlton. One of the best stay experiences I’ve ever had and the money is worth all the extra amenities provided there. Thanks to Expedia for working with us and making our vacation not a flop! This hotel surely had no interest in our satisfaction.

The beach was beautiful but rocky. The standard room was dirty, the sofa was filthy, when we pulled it out to use the sofa bed the floor underneath was black. Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel resort ever again!!!

Nothing was what it seemed to be from the website description of this place. When I booked this resort it mentioned all inclusive. NOTHING WAS INCLUDED not even breakfast. Every time we went out to the restaurant to eat we had to spend 50-100 or more just on food. Which took away from us being able to enjoy our vacation. Nothing was close to this resort either and the cab drivers kept trying to over charge us. Everything was about money to them. Overall I hated my experience and I spent 2500 dollars just for a room for 2 and plane tickets literally NOTHING ELSE WAS INCLUDED. Also not to mention my card that was on file for the 250$ hold for deposit to check in to the room was falsely charged an extra 330$ for something that was a mistake on the hotels end. So now I have to wait a whole 17-30 days before my money gets back on my card. I do not recommend this place to NOBODY. Also the first 2 days of our stay we did not have any hot water it took the staff 2 days to get it fixed. This trip was suppose to be a fun ALL INCLUSIVE vacation for my boyfriend for his birthday. This trip was not enjoyable at all. And nobody warned us about the smell from the ocean that comes right up to the restaurant were we eat and drink at. Was not enjoyable at all do not go here. The small cafe workers also had attitudes and was not friendly.

A Perfect Anniversary Stay in the Heart of Cruz Bay From the moment we booked our stay at Wharfside Village, we felt genuinely welcomed. Lindsay reached out about a week before our arrival to make sure everything was in order, and Adam kept in touch regarding our arrival time and personally showed us around the property. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. We stayed in Room 311, Building 4, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and waiting with a thoughtful surprise that made our anniversary trip feel even more special. The little details made all the difference. The Nespresso machine spoiled us every morning, and the complimentary sparkling water was such a nice touch. When we called on Monday asking if we could get a few more bottles, Dawn, the wonderful manager, personally brought several up to our room. That level of service truly stood out. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on while traveling. Every night we slept soundly, and every morning we woke up to breathtaking harbor views from our balcony. Watching the boats come and go, along with the gorgeous sunsets, became one of our favorite parts of the trip. Wharfside Village provided the peaceful, relaxing anniversary getaway we had hoped for. Its location is perfect, the accommodations are beautiful, and the staff genuinely care about making guests feel at home. We loved every minute of our five-night stay and are alread
