Please read the entire listing carefully!<br><br>Room with bunk beds, for 2 friends or a single guest.<br><br>Sheets and towels are not included in the price; you can bring your own or rent them on-site for €10 per person.<br><br>Shared house and bathroom with me.<br><br>Kitchen use is an optional service not included in the price and must be arranged via chat.<br><br>The tourist tax is payable upon arrival: please have 1.50€ in coins ready.<br><br>When you message to book, please state that you have read, understood, and accepted the house rules!<br>The space at<br>is a first-floor apartment in a residential neighborhood.<br>It’s nice to relax on the terrace or in the kitchen (please check with me in person before using it).<br>The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed and is intended for single guests.<br>A second double bed is in the living room/kitchen, which features a large TV with Netflix (we rent this space to large families as a special arrangement).<br><br>On the first floor, we have a double bedroom and a third single bed, with a patio, bathroom, and private entrance, but for that one we have a separate listing here on Airbnb under the name Edda: Look for it.<br>Guest access:<br>Our house is light blue, with a blue gate.<br>My apartment is on the first floor, first door.<br>Parking is across from the gate on the street; for guests who need a private, enclosed parking spot, this can be arranged in advance.<br>To arrive, please arrange a time so that I or someone I’ve assigned can let you in and show you around the house.<br>During your stay<br>I’m open to conversation and interaction. I’ve often had dinner or lunch with guests, both at home and out.<br>I speak decent English, fluent French and Spanish, and very poor Serbo-Croatian.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>Pets are welcome, but it depends on the type of pet, its size, and any potential damage it might cause to the furnishings. This must be agreed upon in advance.
