Apartment Giuliva

Just 20 meters from the lake and in the most beautiful part of Peschiera d/G (at least in my opinion), I have a 50-square-meter two-room apartment—simple, minimalist, a bit vintage and a bit not, but comfortable.
Located on the first floor of a small complex with three units, accessible via an internal spiral staircase with 13 steps—not very convenient if you have large luggage and not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The Giuliva apartment offers views of the lake and mountains and is ideal for two people.

The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring a four-burner stove with an electric oven—all stainless steel—an air fryer, a microwave, and, for breakfast or moments of relaxation, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed for a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom features a spacious shower, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The neighborhood is a residential area, tourist-friendly, quiet, and easily accessible by taxi or public transportation, as it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop; guests arriving by car can take advantage of free parking in the immediate vicinity.

It is very close to major amenities such as supermarkets, the beach, shops, bars, restaurants/pizzerias, ice cream shops, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and sports facilities—all within walking distance.
Also on foot, by walking along the lakeside promenade, you can reach Peschiera del Garda, whose fortress has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In Peschiera, you’ll find the train station and the highway exit, and about 2 km from the train station is the Gardaland amusement park.
Traveling 5 km further brings you to Sirmione, home to the Grotte di Catullo, Villa Callas, and the Terme di Virgilio; Verona-Villafranca Airport is 23 km away, and Verona is 25 km away.

The area also offers the chance to enjoy various recreational activities, such as taking a boat tour around Lake Garda, renting a boat, a Vespa, or a bicycle and traveling all the way to Mantua along the bike path that runs alongside the Mincio River, exploring the Venetian walls of Peschiera by kayak, SUP, or gondola, taking guided tours of wineries with tastings, and much more.
