A személyzet nagyon kedves, intuitívan segítőkész volt, és a nyelvi akadályokat könnyen átíveltük egy mosollyal, mutogatással vagy fordító alkalmazás segítségével. A hely védett és nagyon kellemes kertje, közösségi része van. 1-2 dolog ami meglepetés képpen ért de mégis könnyen alkalmazkodtam. A szobákban a meleg és páratartalom miatt (gondolom) van egy ajtó mentes szúnyoghálózott ablak a szoba tetejénél. Ez a zaj és a kabócák miatt lehet akár...

'The Ecolodge Don Felix was a comfortable place to stay while touring in Quillabamba. It’s set in a beautiful spot by the river that is wonderful to listen to through the night. We enjoyed the pool and watching the chickens roaming the site during our stay.'

'I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. 'The room was clean though didn't have heating or a kitchenette available as advertised on Expedia. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website.'
