It is listed in the Vermont Nordic Ski Hall of Fame, and fondly remembered by locals and initiated travelers as the place to go to do anything from falling in love and getting engaged, to celebrating/reuniting with old friends and family. Since its renovation the Blue Door Farm, now private, has hosted a wide variety of groups including - Reiki water-healing and other wellness retreats, the Burton Snowboard family, a Bollywood star, the twin baby stars of the Diane Keaton movie Baby Boom (filmed nearby), a former NYC Chief of Police, a Para-Olympic gold medalist, and even a reunion for an 80s band with a multi-platinum album.
