The apartment looked like poorly furnished university student's accommodation with sparse, mismatched, old and damaged furniture and no soft furnishings or decorative items.
There was the bare minimum of consumable ammenities provided.
The walls were dirty and damaged and there was obviously furniture missing.
It is nowhere near the Swan Valley, the apartment block is located in a run-down suburb with houses in the street having broken down, partially stripped cars in the yard.
I was frankly shocked at the standard of this apartment for the price.
As if this wasn't bad enough, on Christmas Day, at 10:30 am, there was loud knocking on the front door and then it was opened and someone entered the apartment. My children and I were asleep as we had arrived back from Europe on the 23rd December and I had influenza.
When I called to complain, I was told they were doing a scheduled rubbish collection, this was not correct, the person left a Christmas gift of candles. Nice gesture but completely inappropriate to come inside. It could have been left on the table on the patio.
