THE SPACE

Driftwood House is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Mullaloo, one of Perth's quieter northern beach suburbs. Soaring ceilings and light-filled living areas run through the house, and the kitchen has been fully renovated with stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook properly, not just reheat. Chic coastal decor and new furniture throughout give the place a fresh, lived-in feel rather than a generic rental look. Every room has its own smart TV, so movie nights don't turn into a fight over the remote.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms mean the household isn't sharing one hallway all week. Bed linen is supplied throughout, with hangers and an iron on hand if you're unpacking for more than a weekend. A travel cot and highchair are provided free of charge for the youngest guests. Bring your own cot linen or sleeping bag for your baby, for hygiene and safety.



WORK AND CONNECTIVITY

For groceries and shopping, Westfield Whitford City is about a 5-minute drive, one of the biggest shopping centres in Perth's northern suburbs. Head south and Hillarys Boat Harbour is around 7 minutes by car, home to AQWA (the Aquarium of Western Australia), the Rottnest Express ferry terminal, and a strip of harbourside restaurants for a night out without driving into the city.



North of Mullaloo, Ocean Reef Marina is a similarly short drive, with newer dining and marina views. Joondalup, the region's CBD, is about 10 minutes away and covers Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, Edith Cowan University's Joondalup campus and Joondalup Health Campus, useful if you're here for study, work or a medical stay. Whitfords train station puts the whole Perth rail network within a short drive if you'd rather leave the car at the house. Perth CBD itself is around 25-30 minutes down the Mitchell Freeway, close enough for a day trip, far enough that Mullaloo still feels like the coast.

Check-in is 3:00pm, check-out is 10:00am, with full instructions sent 24 hours ahead and a guidebook 30 minutes before arrival. A small starter pack (tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper) is provided to help you settle in, not to last the trip. Bookings are for the guests staying only, one valid ID is required at booking, and the property is fully STRA-registered (STRA6027PIOSZ49D). This is a no-parties home; that's part of why the street stays this quiet and this close to the beach.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

* Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to housekeeping schedules.

* If you need to arrive early or leave late, please book an additional night (subject to availability).



CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

* Full check-in instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.

* The guidebook is sent 30 mins prior to check in and includes Wi-Fi details, parking details, images and everything needed for a smooth check-in.

* For security reasons only one set of keys are provided per stay. Guests are welcome to use the lockbox to securely store and share the keys between themselves. It’s a safe and easy way to manage access if people are arriving or leaving at different times.

* At least one valid ID is required from the booking guest.

* ID is collected securely via online check-in in line with Airbnb’s privacy policy.

* Your ID is never shared with anyone and is stored according to privacy regulations.

* We may ask you to complete additional security screening and questions if your stay is less than 48 hours away.



BONDS / SECURITY

* A $250 Emergency Access & Security Reset fee applies if you lose your key, lock yourself out, or require assistance to regain access to the property.



THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

* No third-party bookings.

* The person making the booking must be part of the group staying at the property.



STARTER SUPPLIES

* A small starter pack is provided (tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper etc.).

* These are not intended to last the full stay they are simply to help you settle in.

TRAVEL COT & HIGH CHAIR

* A travel cot and high chair are provided free for your use.

* Please bring your baby’s own linens / sleeping bag for safety and hygiene reasons.



RESPONSIBLE HOSTING

* We aim to provide an excellent stay and a positive experience.

* No behaviour that disturbs neighbours, damages property, or breaches Airbnb policy will be tolerated.

* Parties, excessive noise, and unauthorised visitors are strictly prohibited. Your reservation may be cancelled and you may be asked to leave immediately without refund if found to be in breach of Airbnbs no party policy.



PERSONAL BELONGINGS

* Any food, drinks, or personal belongings left behind will be disposed of during the cleaning turnover unless you notify us within 3 hours of check-out, as cleaners begin cleaning immediately upon your check-out and cannot store items.



LISTING DISCLOSURE

* By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the listing details and these house rules.
