Great value. Close to The Perth Mint, The Concert Hall, Murray & Hay St Malls, WACA, Optus Stadium & Perth's spectacular foreshore.

Situated on the 8th floor with lift access this is a great space to come home to. Location, location less than one kilometer to the center of Perth, only three blocks from the Perth and Hay Street shopping malls, 50 meters to the Perth Mint and Concert Hall and feet distance to the famous WACA (Cricket ground). On the right side to access the new Optus Stadium walk over .Reverse cycle air conditioning makes for the perfect stay. If you're keen to explore, this gem is within walking distance of the Elizabeth Quay, the Bell Tower & the magnificent Perth foreshore which will delight with excellent sunsets. For those who want to see our native flora, a trip to Kings Park offers spectacular views and access to the botanical gardens.

Direct access to main thoroughfares, and several bus routes available on your door step.

Located in the Perth CBD, two City blocks from the amazing Swan River Foreshore and Elizabeth Quay, or the main shopping Malls of Murray and Hay Street, 50 meters from the Perth City Transit system (CAT) which is a free hop on hop off bus that takes you to everything Perth over the 4 different routes. Surrounded by restaurants and pubs, close to the Concert Hall, WACA, Optus Stadium, Royal Perth Hospital, Perth Mint and more.

Perth, capital of Western Australia, sits where the Swan River meets the southwest coast. Sandy beaches line its suburbs, and the huge, riverside Kings Park and Botanic Garden on Mount Eliza offer sweeping views of the city. The Perth Cultural Centre houses the state ballet and opera companies, and occupies its own central precinct, including a theatre, library and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.



PARKING INFO: There is no onsite parking at 12 Victoria Avenue Perth, however there is free street parking between the hours of 6pm and 8am, otherwise street parking is $5 per hour. Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the complex. Cheaper long term parking is available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace around 150 meters from the complex (around $50 a week, and can be booked online). You can book a bay online with any of the parking providers and early bird deals are available.



Getting Around:

Perth has a FREE Cat Bus system, different colour routes take you to all things Perth for FREE. Map in studio. Feet power is the best to take it all in.

The red cat bus stop is located 64m from the property and is a 1 minute walk away. The Red CAT travels in an East-West loop from Queens Gardens in East Perth to Outram St in West Perth and is convenient for Kings Park, city shopping, the Perth train station and east Perth hotels. Central Area Transit (CAT) buses are free!

Perth Bus port is also located right next to the Perth Train Station, here you can hop on a train which will take you on the Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland or Thornlie lines - very easy to access parts of Perth!

→ Lockouts: $200 fee, payable before re-entry

→ Lost/unreturned keys, fobs, remotes: $200 per set

→ Emergency fire call-outs: full charges passed to guest if triggered by misuse.



💵 Extra fees:

→ Non-registered guests: $50 per person, per night

→ No illegal drugs or smoking indoors: $250 fee for deodorizing

→ Smoking damage outdoors (furniture, decking, etc.): $250 fee

→ Pets not allowed, unless approved in writing – $250 penalty + cleaning fees

→ Excess rubbish/cleaning, improper bin use, and missing/damaged items will be charged accordingly.

→ Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: May incur a fee starting from $100, depending on how long the early or late stay is.



💳 Cancellations & Refunds

→ Full refund: cancel within 48 hrs of booking if check-in is 14+ days away

→ 50% refund: cancel or change dates at least 7 days before check-in

→ No refund: cancellations or date changes made within 7 days of check-in



⚖️ Default & Legal Action

→ Failure to comply may result in:

– Immediate removal from the property

– Loss of rental fees and bond

– Recovery of any legal, cleaning, or repair costs from the guest



📜 Governing Law

→ This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
