'The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition.
I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight.
I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth'

'1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels.
Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it.
Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity.
We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair.
Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

'Great hotel, very comfortable. Pool would be better if it showed a view. Being on the deck serves little purpose now as plants are blocking the entire view. Also, it's better to add some chairs when busy. '

'The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need...
