'The property is in a great location in Perth, walkable to every place a person might want to go. Randa was responsive and easy to deal with. I wish I had stopped in at her business to meet her. There are quite a few stairs, but we knew that going in. It was good exercise for a couple of oldsters! Coffee and/or wine on the back balcony was ideal. Enjoy your stay!'

'During our recent visit to the lovely town of Perth, we had the pleasure of renting and staying in the Monte Carlo suite, one of three in a restored heritage building. It was absolutely perfect! Well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and kept in excellent condition, it gave us everything we needed to make the most of our two-week stay. Located in the historic downtown area of Perth, our top-floor suite featured a deck with a view of the Tay River and its water fountain, giving us the ideal spot...
