Cottage by the Sea – The Little Houses of Clarté

This typical Breton longhouse is set in beautiful greenery just 1 km from the beaches, in Perros-Guirec. It is the perfect starting point for discovering the stunning Pink Granite Coast. Enjoy a stay with family or friends in this cozy cottage, featuring tasteful decor and quality equipment, in the peaceful La Clarté neighborhood. Your beds will be made on arrival and towels will be provided. We will be delighted to welcome you and provide information about the region we love so much. The house accommodates 8 to 9 people and offers 4 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with adjoining WC, and a main room of over 30 m² including dining area, living room, and kitchen. Upstairs: one bedroom with 3 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with a single bed and a baby cot. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in mid and high season. In low season, the Little Houses of Clarté remain available for rent. Ideally located, the cottage is close to the beaches (900 m), restaurants (1 km), cinema (1.2 km), and more. Other kitchen amenities: filter coffee machine and pod coffee machine, crepe maker, raclette set.
