Accessible via the external staircase leading to the apartment, it allows you to enjoy two separate properties whilst remaining close by.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, a bedroom and a shower room (with walk-in shower). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (mattress thickness 20 cm), a dining area and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) separated from the living area by a glass partition.
- A shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 12 m² west-facing terrace overlooking the living room and bedroom, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
