The Beautiful Dream accommodation is located in the picturesque and panoramic village of Perledo, ideal for enjoying a breathtaking view of the central part of Lake Como known as the Golden Triangle, overlooking Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. The house is situated in a quiet and green area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday, also appreciating the splendid lake view from the large external terrace, furnished with sunbeds, dining table and barbecue, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying breathtaking lunches, dinners and aperitifs.



Beautiful Dream opens onto the living area consisting of a very bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, cooking tools, microwave and everything needed to prepare delicious dishes. The sleeping area is composed of two comfortable double bedrooms and a room with one double bed and two single bunk beds. Completing the house are three bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



The house is located just a few minutes by car from the splendid and romantic Varenna. From here, it is possible to take a ferry to Bellagio and Menaggio or take a boat trip to explore the colourful villages overlooking the lake. In Varenna, there is also a railway station that allows you to easily reach Lecco, Monza and Milan, ideal for a shopping day or a tourist tour in the area.



The house is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with all comforts such as WiFi, iron and fans.



PLEASE NOTE: access to the structure is via a rather narrow dirt road. Alternatively, it is possible to park the car at the beginning of the dirt road and continue on foot for about a hundred metres.
